Great ways to detox your mind

Have you ever woke up and felt this overwhelming feeling of doom, as if something bad is going to happen even though you have no reason to feel this way? It happens to everyone. From my experience, this is when you know you are exhausted both physically and mentally. This is when you should take time to yourself to focus on the root cause. Go for a walk, have a spa day, read a book, do yoga, lock your door and light a candle and lay their in the dark until you're ready to come out. What ever relaxation looks like to you, do it. Give yourself the grace to focus on you. It is not selfish to take time for yourself, it is much needed.
